- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Please allow additional time for order processing during peak seasons and holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:
- We offer various shipping options at checkout, and the estimated delivery time will depend on your chosen method and your location.
- Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days for domestic deliveries and 10 to 15 business days for international deliveries.
- Express shipping options are available for faster delivery, with estimated delivery times of 2 to 4 business days for domestic and 5 to 8 business days for international deliveries.
- Shipping charges will be calculated based on your order’s total weight, shipping method, and destination. The cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to verify the shipping details and arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Mr. Mukhwas does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of Mr. Mukhwas
Once an order is processed for dispatch, the cancellation will not be allowed.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, www.mrmukhwas.in takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket razorpay or contacting us on seller email id and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
